2. Eligibility
To use Bidoola, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Creators must have a minimum of 10,000 followers on their verified social media accounts to join the platform.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Bidoola maintains a safe and respectful community for all users. We do not permit the following types of content or conduct:
- Sexually Explicit Content: No pornographic material, nudity, or sexually suggestive content is allowed.
- Violence and Threats: Content that promotes, depicts, or incites violence or threatens the safety of others is strictly prohibited.
- Hate Speech and Harassment: Any content or behavior that promotes discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or bullying is not permitted.
- Illegal Activities: The promotion or sale of illegal goods, services, or activities is strictly forbidden.
- Spam and Misrepresentation: No spamming, fake accounts, or misleading content. All users must provide accurate information about themselves and their offerings.
4. User Responsibilities
- For Creators: Creators are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of the items or experiences they auction. They must deliver the promised items or experiences as described in their auction listings.
- For Fans: Fans must place bids in good faith and are required to complete the transaction if they win an auction. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Auction Process
- Bidding and Payments: All bids are binding, and winning bidders are required to complete payment as specified. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and Bidoola takes a commission on completed transactions.
- Delivery of Items/Experiences: Creators are responsible for fulfilling the auctioned items or experiences within the agreed timeframe. Fans must cooperate with creators to schedule or receive their winnings.
6. Content Ownership and License
By posting content on Bidoola, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content on our platform and marketing channels. Creators retain all rights to their content outside of this limited license.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Bidoola reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that harms the community. We also reserve the right to take down any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of our policies.
8. Refunds and Returns
Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details. We are not responsible for disputes between fans and creators unless it is clearly established that Bidoola is at fault.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Bidoola provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of content on our site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidoola is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you agree to the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Bidoola will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
