1. Understanding the Commission Structure

Bidoola charges a flat commission rate of 20% on the final sale price of each auction.

Example:
- If an auction item sells for $100, Bidoola will deduct $20 as a commission, and you will receive $80.

2. What Does the Commission Cover?

Payment Processing: All payment fees are included in our commission, so you don’t need to worry about additional charges from payment gateways.
Platform Support: Our team handles any technical issues or disputes that may arise, providing a smooth experience for both you and your fans.

3. How to Maximize Your Earnings

Set Strategic Starting Bids: Start your auctions at a competitive price that encourages bidding while reflecting the value of the item or experience.
Offer High-Value Experiences: Unique experiences or rare items tend to attract higher bids. Consider offering things like meet-and-greets, personalized content, or limited-edition merchandise.

4. How and When You Get Paid

Payment Timeline: After an auction ends and the winning bid has been processed, your earnings will be available for withdrawal immediately as long as the minimum account payout threshold is met.
Payout Methods: You can receive your earnings via various payment methods, including direct bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other supported options in your region.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Ensure that your total available earnings meet the minimum payout threshold of $100 before requesting a withdrawal.

5. Handling Disputes

Disputes: If a fan disputes a payment, we will review the case to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. If it is found that a creator has acted outside of our allowed terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including withholding earnings or suspending the creator’s account. Our commission will only apply to successful auctions that adhere to our policies.
